If you spend any time around our church, you’ll quickly learn one thing: we love our youth. They’re smart, funny, bold, and bursting with potential. We truly believe the students in our midst are world-changers in the making.

That’s why Youth Ministry is such a huge part of what we do at Black Hills Church of Christ. We want to guide our students in developing a personal faith in Christ as they step into their specific roles in the story He’s writing with their lives. We create environments that spark good conversations about God—places where students feel safe asking tough questions, searching for answers, and learning to listen to His leading.

What We Offer

• Younger Children (Elementary Age) — Age-appropriate Bible lessons, activities, and environments designed for little hearts to know and love Jesus.

• High School & College-Age — Combined weekly class and community for teens and young adults. We focus on real-life faith, discipleship, and building meaningful relationships as they navigate high school, college, and early career years.

• Families — We partner with parents to raise kids and teens who love Jesus. Whether through family events, resources, or encouragement, we want every home to thrive in faith.

Summer 2026 – Our Most Exciting One Yet!

We’re thrilled to welcome our very first Summer Youth & Family Intern from Harding University this year! With their help, we’re planning an event-packed summer full of fun, growth, and connection for students and families.

Summer highlights include:

• Our annual Vacation Bible School (VBS) Coming July 2026!

• Weekly youth activities

• Family-friendly events

• Special outings in the beautiful Black Hills
